Discovery Call
We start with a free, no-obligation chat to make sure Roots is the right fit. I'll ask about your business, your goals, and what you're looking for, and you'll get a clear picture of how the process works.

You complete my questionnaire
My detailed brief is designed to draw out everything I need: your brand, your audience, your goals, and your content. One focused session from you gives me a complete roadmap to work from.

I get to work
Once I've got your brief, I handle everything from the design to the build, as well as your SEO setup. You get on with running your business. I'll share progress at key milestones so you're never left in the dark.

We refine together
You review the initial draft and share your feedback. I crack on with the entire website as per your feedback. You get unlimited revisions in the final week until we get it right. I want you to love it.

You go live
Within three weeks of receiving your completed brief, your site is live, polished, and ready to bring in the right clients. You'll also receive a handover guide so you can manage it yourself going forward.

The Roots Package is based on a 5-7 page website. If you require more pages or additional features, an add-on cost will be incurred. We can discuss everything you need on a discovery call.

Questions people usually ask about Roots
"What do I need to provide?"
Mainly your completed questionnaire, which covers your branding, your content, your goals, and everything else I need to get started. If you have a logo and brand colours ready, brilliant. If not, we can talk through your options on the discovery call.
"What if I don't have any copy written yet?"
My questionnaire is designed to help you think through what you want to say, even if you've never written website copy before. Within the questionnaire, there are prompts and examples of what you could write.
"Will I be able to update the website myself after launch?"
Absolutely! That's one of the reasons I build on Wix. It's genuinely one of the most user-friendly platforms out there, and your handover guide will walk you through everything you're likely to need.
"What does 'unlimited revisions within reason' mean?"
It means I'm not putting a fixed number of revisions in place like some web designers. I want you to be genuinely delighted with the result, so if something isn't right, we fix it. Of course, we want the project to be finished within the 3-week timeframe, so the "within reason" part simply means we're refining the agreed design in the final week, rather than starting from scratch in a completely new direction mid-project.
"How do I get started?"
Book a free discovery call. We'll have a relaxed chat about your project, I'll answer any questions you have, and if we're a good fit, we'll get the ball rolling from there. If you decide to go ahead and want to secure your spot, you'll pay your 50% deposit, and the remaining payment will be completed upon handover of the final website.
