What Is The Focus Day?

Your website to-do list,
tackled in a single focused day

Meditation With Laptop

It's funny how those small tasks seem to build up over time, and before you know it, you've got a to-do list the length of your arm.

How many times have you said, "I'll do that later, it'll only take me 5 minutes," but somehow, those little tasks never get done?

The Focus Day fixes that.

One day, one fixed price, one very satisfying list of ticks.

You Set The Priorities

Filling Checklist Form

You've got an existing Wix website, but you've got a growing list of things that need sorting out.

A page that needs redesigning. A section that's been broken for months. New services to add, old ones to remove, photos that look cringe.

Nothing that justifies a full rebuild, but it's reached the point where it's too much to ignore.

The Focus Day is designed for exactly this.

You bring the priorities. I bring eight hours of focused, expert Wix work. It's time to make a serious dent in that list together.

Here's how The Focus Day works.

01

You book in and send your list

Once you've secured your day, send over everything that needs doing on your website. No format required, a brain dump is absolutely fine at this stage.

02

We have a brief kick-off call

Before your day begins, we spend 20–30 minutes together prioritising the list. I'll flag anything that might take longer than expected and make sure we're focused on what matters most to you.

03

I get to work

I spend the full day working through your priorities methodically. You get on with running your business without worrying about that dreaded to-do list. I'll check in if anything needs a quick decision from you.

04

You get a full summary

At the end of the day, I'll send you a rundown of everything completed, along with any recommendations for next steps if there's more to do beyond the day.

A note on what to expect (let's be honest)

Eight hours is a solid chunk of time, but it isn't infinite. The kick-off call is there to make sure we're focused on the right things. It's no good to either of us if we're halfway through the day and realise the most important job is still waiting.

If your list is bigger than a day can handle, I'll tell you upfront, and we can talk about whether a second day or a different service makes more sense.

No surprises, no overruns, no awkward conversations at 4 pm.

Questions people usually ask about The Focus Day

"Do I need to be available all day?"

Not at all. Once we've had our kick-off call, you're free to get on with your day. I'll only reach out if something genuinely needs a quick decision from you; otherwise, you'll hear from me at the end with your summary.

"What if my list is too long for one day?"

We'll flag this in the kick-off call and prioritise ruthlessly. If there's still more to do after the day, I'll give you a clear picture of what's left and what your options are, including booking a second day if you'd like.

"Does my website need to be built on Wix?"

Yes. The Focus Day is specifically for Wix websites. If you're on a different platform and want to move to Wix, a Roots or Blossom build might be a better starting point.

"Can I book more than one Focus Day?"

Of course! Some clients book a day every few months as a way of keeping their website fresh and up to date without committing to a larger project. It works really well as an ongoing arrangement.
